What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm and check-out is by 10.30am. If you are arriving outside those times, just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Do all the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, every room at Arch House is en-suite.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have free parking right beside the house.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included. We serve a proper homemade Ulster fry, with other options available too if you would prefer something lighter.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes, our hot tub is available as an optional extra. Guests using it also enjoy the use of our robes and complimentary slippers. At busier times we would recommend booking it in advance, though there is usually good availability. Just ask us for current rates.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we have pet friendly rooms available and we are best suited to small dogs. Please ring us to confirm before booking so we can give you the right room.
Where exactly is Arch House?
We are at 65 Marble Arch Road, Florencecourt, about eight to ten minutes’ drive from Enniskillen, close to the Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court House and Gardens, and the Stairway to Heaven.
